Eren Bali co-founded Udemy, Inc. in 2010 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Head of Product.

Bali was a founding engineer of SpeedDate.com and worked as Director of Engineering. He oversaw the site's growth from 0 to 8 million users and profitability in its first two years.

He demonstrated extraordinary math skills at an early age, winning many national and international accolades, including silver medal at the International Mathematical Olympiads. 

He is also a Chairman of Udemy, Inc. Eren Bali graduated from the Middle East Technical University with dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics.
